SHP Construction & Civil carried out an extensive renovation to the Lavarack Barracks Mess Harry’s Café. The project consisted of a full internal demolition including a structural concrete bar and total strip out of both the kitchen and restaurant areas. New fit out works included ceilings and partitions for the new layout, new joinery with custom stone bench tops and stainless steel to the new counter, installation of a V8 supercar on display, new freezer room and cold room, extensive commercial kitchen installation, new external glazed entrance, new electrical fittings, supply and installation of furniture, and new flooring throughout. SHP was able to complete this project before the PC date by successful management of subcontractors and project milestones.
