SHP Construction & Civil carried out the office fit out of the Youth Justice Service Centre in Mount Isa, which involved a full internal demolition along with the removal, secure storage and reinstatement of loose furniture. New fit out works included ceilings and partitions, new joinery and Autex, new electrical, mechanical and hydraulic components, a complete repaint, new flooring throughout, and installation of commercial appliances. SHP also completed additional glazing works including reglazing broken glass panels, additional HVAC works identified during site inspection which were not completed by previous contractor, supply, delivery and installation of FF&E, changes to the security system, and installation of a new master key system which requires client signatories for future cut keys.
