SHP Construction & Civil carried out a complete SIE upgrade to Teaching Block 2 at Kelso State School, including removal of existing fixtures and structural elements and replacing them with new ones aligning with the current DoE Standards. In addition to the upgrades a variation was required which included the replacement of the roof, including batten & rafter upgrades to meet current Cyclonic Building Code, along with the supply and installation of structural steel purlins to existing roof trusses to comply with Australian Standards.
